Banner: Tribute to Philadelphia Philly Unplugged 25 Would you like to hear a story? M Because I'd really like to tell you one. Look, we love Philadelphia. It's been a fantastic home for PAX Unplugged, and we're honored to be here. It's a cit rich with the kind of history that, say, Scan only dream of. This is literally the birthplace of American democracy. The Declaration of Independence was signed here, along with the United States Constitution. I mean, you were the capital of the United States! But that's just the beginning. You've got the Liberty Bell, cheesesteaks, the Rocky statue, more murals than any other city in America, the largest landscaped urban park in the country-And we haven't even talked about Gritty yet. All this to say: when the city of Philadelphia tells us they're too good for our graffiti art style and don't want the PAX logo hanging from streetlights because, and I quote, the design conflicted with our mission to keep the downtown clean and attractive"... we kinda get it. Kinda. But also-and I don't know how else to say this-c'mon. Just... c'mon. If you were Cleveland, that'd be a whole different story. We wouldn't even ask! Seriously, why would we want our trashy graffiti-themed street signs hanging over Cleveland? We'd be humiliated! It'd be like slapping a mustache on the Mona Lisa. Which, by the way, is a real painting on display in Cleveland-and because it's Cleveland, it'sing rad. Sorry, Philadelphia, but you're no Cleveland. And you're not too good for our street signs. BOARD gAMES PAX
