I've torn three. The second time I tore the right knee I didnt even know it which means i never stopped or took a break. Found out ten years later when getting an MRI for a torn meniscus. Still, saw the video of here training from earlier this week and was amazed.

John Elway played from High school through the end of his pro career without an ACL. Elite athletes can overcome. I am by no means an elite athlete but have snowboarded with no acl or cartlidge for 25 years...
