He clearly stated that he is fulfilling the requests that have been made. It is apparent that this is Rubio’s fault and the State Department is not asking for the resources to evacuate citizens.
Notice the first request to be available for evacuating US citizens from the ME happened on Feb 28, the day the US began attacking Iran. What people seem to be missing is the necessary evacuation was neither planned nor executed before the bombing and missles strikes began.
