My friend and I got some boxes of the Cardfight Vanguard x Shadowverse collab. Abyss was part of my split, and in our second box I pulled this beautiful card. I’m super excited that I got one of the two leaders I wanted.
Tonights episode of Cardfight Vanguard got me excited to play Prison again. The new Clearlight looks great, and I’m excited to see the new ride line and prison.
I’m getting pretty excited. Last week, I found out a shop is firing up Vanguard tournaments finally, and I’ve really been excited to play at a local shop again.

If you name yourself “Jet2 Holiday” on the TCG apps, then nothing beats you. Enjoy going undefeated at locals!
Even though it appears to be a copy of an older card, I like the new card Magnolia got in tonight’s episode. I even like Rezael’s unit, but I don’t think the deck will use it.
Got some new Vanguard cards in the mail today, there was one deck I was excited to update, and the new build is just clicking. Hopefully I can find a tournament soon to test it out.

I love finding a new Shadowverse Evolve deck I really enjoy playing, but I wish there were more people around me who played the game.

When the Sybilt support comes out later this year, this guy benefits from all that support if it list needing a Unison Dragon. The deck gets a few good things from what I’ve heard.
Nothing makes me bounce back into a good mood more than getting new/updated Vanguard decks. Magnolia, Drajeweled and Blangdmire have really made me happy this set.
I forgot to post about BSF Rosemont this past weekend, but if I’m being honest it was probably one of the worst BSF experiences I ever had. The people were fine, but this was probably the worst I’ve ever performed in the tournament. It’s just an awful feeling after 12 years dedicated to the game.
There’s a lot of fun decks to pick from, so make sure you find one you either like how it plays or you really enjoy the art.
Gotta be honest, not happy with the only hit to Bavs being the Overtrigger. Don’t get me wrong, that needed to happen, but it’s not enough. My guess is they’re afraid to touch Bavs since we’ll be getting support with Mirei still in the next season. Gotta sell!
Taught one of my BSF teammates how to play Vanguard(his second and third game ever). The first game he was about to win and my OT shifted the game in my favor. The second game I was about to win, and his OT shifted the game. He told me he now knows why I complain about OT so much and wants the ban 😂
Gonna start practicing for BSF this weekend with my team, and the hard part is teaching our new teammate how each deck he may play against works. He’s played one game so far, and has no Vanguard tournament experience. Should be fun.

It’s been nearly 25 years since the infamous episode released, and it still bothers me that there’s no “Living Arrow” card in Yugioh. Mammoth Graveyard and Polymerization are still waiting to combo off in my deck.
I’ve been having a hard time finding time to get back to making videos. Lately, schedules just haven’t lined up between work and life. I’m considering making some Dear Days 2 videos by myself right now, but I’m not sure if there’s any interest.

A new guy came to my local shop this weekend, and I wanted to go easy on them since it was their first time back to Vanguard and I didn’t want to sour the experience. I beat them before they hit grade 3, and now I feel like a jerk. He was cool and appreciated just having someone to play. 😂
