The Internet went out early this morning at the office and it's kind of hilarious (and maybe scary) to see how much it brings all work to a halt. After it still hadn't returned post-lunch we gave up and decided to finish the day out at home (where hopefully there is Internet).

I honestly would prefer staying on DST if I had my 'ruthers but really I would be happy with just choosing one and staying with it, period. The time changes always mess me up for days to a full week after and I hate it.

I'm so glad that we are back on DST (hooray for more sunlight after work!), but can we PLEASE stop doing this twice a year time change? It sucks.

Hooray, while my knee may not be up for running again quite yet it has healed enough to survive disc golf and being on my feet for most of the day, apparently. It was a gorgeous afternoon for some after work disc golf, too!

Well, the good news is that my left knee does seem to be healing. The "meh" news is apparently it is not healed enough to attempt running yet. I tried tonight and after a tenth of a mile starting feeling tinges of pain, so I immediately switched to walking and it stopped. Oh well.

The knee pain seems to be improving already, and I don't think it was caused by playing too much disc golf (as if there is such a thing :P) over the weekend after all.

I discovered a small bruise on it last night where apparently I bumped into a table or something, oops. 🙃

Oof, I may have played too much disc golf this past weekend. My left knee has been disgruntled today. I'm resting it for a couple of days and hoping it will heal quickly.

Gracie is being such a sweet and cuddly bird on this dreary, rainy Thursday and I am 100% here for it. ❤️

When I started my run tonight I wasn't really feeling it and thought, "OK, I guess I'll just do a 5k." And proceeded to run over 4 miles like I originally intended, anyway, lol.

Does The Bad Guys count? It has a shark! :P
