What it means is do you feel GOOD and HAPPY after being around said person? Or do they make you unhappy/mentally drained? THAT'S the point lol

wasn't really referring to online drama (at least for me personally) but a bunch of irl bullshit I went through. I'm thankfully no longer stuck in the toxic situation I was in previously and I'm so much happier not being surrounded by people who constantly talk shit about each other behind backs lol

I've unfortunately had to cut off many friendships in my time, some were toxic and better off gone, some I really wanted to try and mend but when it came to difficult conversations I was ghosted, and I'm not going to fight for friendships if they aren't willing to communicate and work things out.

A huge piece of advice I was given that I'll never forget is "pay attention to how you feel after you've spent time with someone, do you feel refreshed or drained? that'll tell you if that person is good to keep around."

I truly don't see how people can have the energy to surround themselves with a social circle that's nothing but drama, chaos and two-faced behavior?

Those kind of people are NOT good for anyone's wellbeing. Surround yourself with HEALTHY people who uplift you, not drain you.✌️
