It’s easy to just post about gratitude, joy, adventures, successes, and all the positive stuff, but honestly, this is a big part of my journey, too. It’s gotten better the more I’ve been real about it with myself.

This is my art “Apparently She Was Both,” which reflects how I’m feeling today.

I know this will pass, but gosh, it can be incredibly hard. My soul feels like it’s in a muddy ocean.

Does anyone else relate to these feelings?

I don’t think I’ve ever publicly talked about the effects of my cycle on my mental health, but I felt inspired today to be more vocal & transparent.

I’m having one of those days where I feel so deeply sad inside. ❤️‍🩹

Dealing with the fluctuations of my hormones…

I’m taken on a ride every month…

I feel these feelings so deeply. It takes over my mind. It drags me down.
