I do hope that the US actors can record their lines in either an American studio like in New York or a Canadian studio like in Toronto because not only will it save Mattel money (I think), but it will give time for the US actors to perform their lines and auditions instead of shoehorning them in.

I am personally always content of Thomas having 2 different English speaking dubs, but I am on the same page with you-

One factor of the 2026 Thomas series I hope would be organized correctly is its voice cast. Like, it's much too early to consider the following, but aside from the story writing - the voice cast is my main concern. Chances are if we may have the same voices for both UK/US

As much as I love The Good Old Days, you can REALLY tell it came out during the era of the fandom where Britt Allcroft was (kind of) villainized and everyone was just dickriding David Mitton as if he was the "true" creator of the TV series. Before the first drafts of S5 were revealed.
