That's an interesting strategy. I never would have thought to do that. I may try that.

So, so true. Everyone is struggling right now.

Good plan. I think I need to alternate days or something.

Oh my God, you're totally right. I am in fact an INFJ.

I talk to myself sometimes too lol. It's a surprisingly difficult habit to break. I'm constantly afraid someone is going to walk in on me doing it and think I'm literally insane ๐Ÿ˜. I'm hoping stress relief stems it a bit.

Thanks :). I hope that you are finding success in solving your mental health issues. What is it that you do to cope?

LOL, happy wife happy life I guess ๐Ÿ˜†

I've been going for walks. I'd be lying if I said it is completely solving my mental health problem, but I'd also be lying if I said it didn't help at all. Exercise euphoria is a thing, and a temporary boost is helping me get through the day. It is only one piece of the puzzle, but an important one.

Sounds like you have a lot of interesting projects going on!

Your story is very tragic, but also extremely interesting and I would bet money that there would be a significant audience for your book. Keep at it! You will find your audience!

It's available on amazon for Kindle readers, but if you don't have the capability to view that I'd be willing to send you a copy in a format you can read.

Let me know when your book is finished, I would be interested in reading it!

Don't worry, there is no time limit, you can work at whatever pace works for you. I understand fatigue, I have some pretty significant health issues myself. I know that it can be hard when you are feeling terrible, but don't be so hard on yourself and just do what you can when you can.

Seriously, do it, you won't regret it. I started off small and learned gradually over the years, and now my garden is enormous and the quality of the food I'm eating is next level. It's fun playing in the garden too.

I'm getting a lot of great advice from you guys. I've already taken the first steps of writing, and doing things I enjoy, but I'm also getting a lot of good book recommendations from you as well as tips like volunteering, and asking around at universities for affordable mental health care. Thanks :)

I've started a vegetable garden in recent years, and honestly the quality difference is unbelievable. I'm truly understanding what good food really is for the first time.

I've read The Body Keeps the Score, and it was very good! I'll check out the other book as well. I'm still not sure what the difference between PTSD and CPTSD is, and I'm very interested in learning more about it.

I've been thinking about Mr. Rogers recently actually. He was such a good person and it really does helping remembering that there are still good people out there.

Part 2/2: difference between processing and wallowing, and I have definitely made a promise to myself to not wallow, and to also spend more time and attention on myself and the things that I enjoy. I will heed your advice!

Part 1/2: I'm in a weird spot because I'm trying to process a lot right now and that kind of requires me to dwell on it somewhat. Pushing this all down and ignoring the problem kind of got me into this place and I'm at a point where I need to deal with it. That said, there is a
