I talk to myself sometimes too lol. It's a surprisingly difficult habit to break. I'm constantly afraid someone is going to walk in on me doing it and think I'm literally insane ๐. I'm hoping stress relief stems it a bit.

I've been going for walks. I'd be lying if I said it is completely solving my mental health problem, but I'd also be lying if I said it didn't help at all. Exercise euphoria is a thing, and a temporary boost is helping me get through the day. It is only one piece of the puzzle, but an important one.
Sounds like you have a lot of interesting projects going on!
Your story is very tragic, but also extremely interesting and I would bet money that there would be a significant audience for your book. Keep at it! You will find your audience!

Don't worry, there is no time limit, you can work at whatever pace works for you. I understand fatigue, I have some pretty significant health issues myself. I know that it can be hard when you are feeling terrible, but don't be so hard on yourself and just do what you can when you can.

Seriously, do it, you won't regret it. I started off small and learned gradually over the years, and now my garden is enormous and the quality of the food I'm eating is next level. It's fun playing in the garden too.
