A man shot in the back by police and later died had to wait for a 2nd ambulance after an officer with a “mild anxiety attack” took the 1st one that arrived.
The officer, Erin Perrotta who was white, declined treatment in the ambulance but said she was "fine" and "just needed to get out of here."
