Some of PCRFโs many accomplishments include establishing two pediatric cancer departments in Palestine and being the first and leading NGO to start a program for children in Gaza suffering from congenital or traumatic limb amputations. PCRF also operates a mental health program in Gaza, and its Treatment Abroad Team has evacuated children and families to medical facilities overseas for life-saving care. Since 1991, tens of thousands have received treatment through PCRF."
