Analysis: Gender-Affirming Care and the Dignity of Risk SCOTUS is preoccupied with trans kids possibly regretting gender-affirming care. But is it good policy to "protect" against risk?

Abortion care and gender-affirming care both have very, very low rates of regret.

The Turnaway Study found that after five years, 95 percent of participants still felt abortion was the right choice for them.
