How do you balance your mental health whilst also supporting all of the friends who are leaning on you for support? It feels like everyone around me is struggling with their mental health, and mine is also in the bin. So hard to balance being there for everyone and looking after yourself too. 😩

They were their mum / dad when they did the worst imaginable things to their own kids.

It’s not up to the children to make it ok. It’s up to them to live well.

I haven't been on here in a hot minute so here's a life update. My mental health is rocky, but I turned 30 a few days ago and I spent my birthday in Italy with my partner. We've met a lot of cats and explored a lot of ancient ruins.
