Four of the 4-7m are already out, so you're able to go down to five blocks this way without losing much acceptance. 6m is also a relatively safe tile to discard later, and since you're still only ryanshanten, it's likely that someone will beat you to tenpai given the current board state.

In a vacuum, you should normally prioritize a regular hand shape when you have multiple ryanmen like this since chiitoitsu has narrower acceptance, so you could cut 5p to keep everything available as it doesn't currently add to your acceptance.
However, I would probably recommend cutting 5m here.

I ended up going 2-1 and got two extra booster packs as prizing. I didn't pull anything noteworthy, but the organizer also gave out Tarkir Dragonstorm promo packs and I got a Cori Mountain Monastery, which was neat. But yeah, it's not like I really need anything from Bloomburrow at this point, haha.

Round 3 was against RW Good Stuff; he didn't have many synergies going on, but he had several bombs and decent removal. We were in the same colors, but I was passing on some of

Round 2 was against BG Squirrels. She had some pretty solid creatures, but her deck seemed a bit light on removal. I was able to fight through her life gain by stacking Roughshod Duo and Manifold Mouse abilities onto whatever mice I had out to

Round 1 was against GW Rabbits with a R splash that I didn't really see at all. I lost game 2 since he had two copies of Lifecreed Duo and played a bunch of token generators, so I decided to take my chances in game 3 instead. It was a good choice since I overwhelmed him with Valiant abilities in

I didn't have a ton of bombs, but my curve looked pretty good and I had a few of the strong mouse cards, so I figured it'd be okay enough. I also opted to only run 16 lands like I have been for drafts recently since this is a pretty aggressive strategy.

I ended up taking a Banishing Light in the next pack and saw that blue and red were pretty open. However, blue is pretty weak in Bloomburrow, so I opted to go with red and white for a Mouse deck. The rare in pack two was a Manifold Mouse, so that was a great card for the deck.

Went to another Friday night MTG booster draft at my usual LGS. We were drafting Bloomburrow again, and there were a total of 5 players tonight.
My pack one pick one was Mockingbird, which I took since it is a good card in general and there was nothing too interesting in the rest of the pack.

Commander decks are 100-card singleton to "increase variance." The vast majority of players have trouble shuffling the entire thing at once, so it's common to just shuffle each half of the deck separately and then shuffle them together afterwards.

That means I'm currently 1st in the league by 1 win, and four players are tied for 2nd. If I go undefeated next week, then there's no question that I win the league, but there are also ways for me to get 1st without going undefeated. I'll just do my best as usual and see how things go, haha.

My prize packs included a C+ Providence Gundam Resource, so that was neat. What was better was that the player who went 4-0 wasn't in the running for 1st in the league since he missed the first week, and the other three players I was tied for 1st with went 2-2, including Hatsu.

but didn't see any copies of Stratos. He did have two early Gundam/Amuro links, but I was able to handle them with an Aile Strike link. It was over once I was able to pair a second The-O and wipe his board.
So I ended up going 3-1 and getting 3rd place, which is decent.

Won round 3 against red/white control; he was on the version with Kira and Athrun as the mid-game, which seemed pretty alright. Still has a rough match-up against my deck though, and I was able to take control by the end of it. Won round 4 against blue/green aggro; he was on the Lockon Stratos build

since the main units either have Repair or are a Strike Gundam variation, haha.
Anyways, I got the bye in round 1, which was fortunate. Unfortunately, I lost round 2 to blue/purple Barbatos Lupus; he got three bases and two A Show of Resolve whereas I got no cards to maintain advantage.

Went to the usual Wednesday night Gundam locals. Tonight was the third week of the current league, and there were a total of 11 players. Hatsu was on the unmodified blue/white Freedom Rebuild list, and I was on the same list as last time, which I'm thinking about naming "Strike Repair"

some friends only play decks with kill-on-sight Commanders or ones that necessitate knocking them out first.
My bracket 2 decks are pretty okay at managing this power disparity since they are both chill and efficient, but it would be nice to have more balanced pods more often, haha.

Haven't been posting about it much, but I have been playing Commander pretty regularly, mostly with my mahjong friends and occasionally with local furry friends. It has been a bit tough to balance the pods though since some friends just want to play thematic or otherwise chill decks and

from the draft packs, so I can't really complain, haha.
In any case, this card shop isn't too far from me, so I'd definitely be willing to draft here again assuming we can get enough players. Hopefully it'll become a regular thing, but we'll have to see.

most of my threats, but I managed to get him to a low enough life total that a full swing with instant-speed removal to force through damage with my trampler was enough to win no matter how he blocked. I would've lost that game if I had waited even one more turn, but I was able to take the match 2-0

Round 3 was against BGU Maralen; his pack one pick one was Maralen, so he was also fighting for the elf cards and got most of the faeries. I was able to win game 1 after removing his Maralen by just having higher-quality creatures then him. Game 2 was a lot closer since he managed to deal with

Round 2 was against WU Merfolk; I was worried since he got all of the white cards, but I guess they weren't particularly good, haha. I won the game 1 with my giants, lost game 2 to his abundance of flyers, then won game 3 with an aggressive curve that put him on a strict clock to take the match 2-1.

Round 1 was against BG Elves; it turns out that two other players were also in black and green, so we were all fighting for similar cards. My opponent this round had a lot of the early-game cards, but I managed to stabilize both games and overtake him with my giants backed by Boldwyr Aggressor. 2-0.

It looked like white dried up pretty quickly, but Goblins didn't have enough for me to fully commit to just black and red, so I also took some of the stronger green cards and a couple of Midnight Tillings to help smooth out the deck. I ended up on a decent BRG deck with a lot of threats, haha.

We were drafting Lorwyn Eclipsed, and there ended up being exactly 4 players, so we did a Pick Two draft. My pack one pick one was Bitterbloom Bearer, so I of course had to be in black, haha. I did my usual strategy for this set of just picking up some removal early on, this time in red.

Went to a booster draft tonight at a relatively new card shop. One of the regulars at my usual LGS apparently lives closer to this shop and spoke with their staff about trying out draft events, so participating to help get these rolling was the least I could do, haha.

getting both a Three Tree City and an Innkeeper's Talent. I really don't need anything from Bloomburrow at this point with how much of that set I've gotten, but that Three Tree City more than paid for my draft, and the two rare Talents were a nice bonus, so I'm not complaining, haha.
