As a former prosecutor, the Ross video convinced me that this was premeditated murder. His actions--switching hands of phone, moving in front of the vehicle, firing 3 shots, feigning "whoa," to pretend he was hit, then denying access to med. care--are evidence of planning. Not great planning tho.

As a fmr prosecutor, I thought the video evidenced not just intent to kill, but planning/premeditation. He switched phone to different hand, moved in front of vehicle when he should have moved away, yelled "whoa" in feigned way, no sound of body being hit by vehicle. It was (not well) planned.

I did look at the video, which is from a different angle than the one I saw (CNN). Yours is better; he was standing toward the left corner, and did in fact move away.
