Alas, those were the days! I’m along the route between New Orleans and Houston, so I was fortunate to have many incredible creative souls stopping by on their modeling tours (sometimes staying in our Airbnb). Post-COVID, models retired and tours changed to go up through Dallas, so now it’s rare!

I basically stopped making art this year. Too busy at work, too difficult to find local models, too many family obligations and house repairs.

2026 will be different. I'll find some fellow weirdos to return to Burning Man, stop being a social hermit, make some new art, and find my tribe here.

Very true! I appeal, it takes forever for them to human-review, but I haven’t had an appeal denied once they do.
