This creates a natural stress response that basically means you're going to continue having memory and organizational problems, as well as emotional imbalances. Me: BUT I HAVE A BULLET JOURNAL AND I MEDIATE NOW. Tiny OSHA Me: BOSS, THE FASCISM.
