- Cut funding to USAID, killing ~800k (500k+ kids)
- Funded genocide in Gaza, killing >20k (>6k kids) since Jan. '25
- Cut Medicaid to ~4.8m
- Cut food stamps to ~4m
- Purposely hampered vaccines, infecting thousands of children
- Started a new war with Iran
