Our brothers and sisters are scared.

I never thought I’d see the demise of our country,but then all things that men build eventually fail. However,I will not despair. Instead,I will find solace from friends,family,and community. I will continue to volunteer to help the less fortunate. I will celebrate life. And I will continue to love.

This is the most Christ like thing I’ve heard all week. The greatest command we have is to love.

I get Acupuncture. Finally and importantly, therapy.

I stay away from all news/media. I meditate and include many love and kindness meditations. I pray for others. I tell myself that I won’t always feel the way I do at that moment. I volunteer for the less fortunate. I go out in nature and take long walks and hikes. I talk to friends and family.
