It is weird that the assassination of essentially a celebrity influencer is a bigger deal than the shooting of two top state legislators + their spouses
I'm Christian myself, so all I'll say about him specifically is I hope God is patient and merciful for his sake. He didn't deserve to die the way he did. His family didn't deserve to lose a father and husband. That's as much empathy as I am able to genuinely extend.
I keep seeing posts about how he was a "good Christian man." He objectively was not good. He uses his platform to spread hate of marginalized groups, using Christianity as his excuse for doing so.

Just had THE best solo girl's day: got my hair done, got a new spooky novel at B&N, spent a Christmas gift card at Ulta, had coffee and a scone at my favorite cafe, and found the CUTEST little red dress IN MY SIZE and super discounted because it was the last one at a local boutique.
This country is a dumpster fire, but I get the day off work, so...woooooo...
