The third phase of transition is New Beginnings, but New Beginnings only arise after the first two phases, which are Endings and The Neutral Zone.

We are entering The Neutral Zone, and we see many things ending. But The Neutral Zone is where New Beginnings emerge.

Our job in The Neutral Zone is to co-create a new world, a new Earth where all people and all life can thrive in harmony.

To start doing things a new way, you have to end the way you are doing them now.

This is the nature of transition.

Transition comes in three parts.

1️⃣ The collapse (ending of something)
2️⃣ The in-between stage
3️⃣ The emergence of the new

Collapse is an important part of birthing something better.

Collapse clears illusions.
