Drinking to cope is not healthy or humorous or sustainable. The alcohol industry is spending a ton of money to keep you thinking that, tho.

Normalize performance reviews where the company takes time to evaluate how it contributes toοΏΌ the employeeβs success and wellbeing, not just the other way around.
On Xmas I spent an hour catching up with family only to later find my kitchen spotless. Not a dirty dish to be seen. Many women underestimate the value of an equal partner because theyβre so used to doing it all, but thereβs no better feeling than having someone who genuinely wants to see you relax.
My kids call me "no fun" but I used to be fun. I used to laugh and dance and go out. That was before I burnt out from carrying the emotional energy and labor for the entire family.
