Ugh, guess i'm gonna have to rethink what types of paid work i'm doing. My current approach (paired with my current skills and speed) just isn't cutting it financially, and it's starting to become a real issue now. May shift focus more to small things instead of those monolithic pieces going forward

It was a really long e-mail, actually. They really want to hammer fear and urgency into the victim to make them complacent(?). It's absolutely disgusting

Nope, the "To" and "From" were my exact own e-mail address. The title of the mail was a 10 year old password of mine, which i didn't even use anymore. The actual contents said "Give me 1500€ in BTC, or i'll release p*orn videos of you and make your life hell. Don't contact police. You have 48 hrs"

Also folks, please use 2-Factor on important things. Passwords are getting leaked so freaking often nowadays. This wasn't the case here, but it's still worth mentioning. Teach your relatives on how to setup 2-FA as well. It can and probably will save you so much time and anxiety down the line.

Just received the most scarily convincing phishing threat e-mail i ever got. It arrived like the SECOND i opened my e-mails and was made to look like it came from my own account everywhere. Jokes on that f*cker, i know where to look for more details. Hope those criminals will rot in a hole, omg.

Asking for more money in the middle of it is a no-go, yeah. I always make sure to communicate things with my clients as good as i can - asking if they'd want any changes, or if my next plans going forward fit their vision. Proper communication is key

Also one of the big reasons why each piece is taking me so long - i'm always trying to perfect every single aspect to my best ability, even if that means going way beyond my planned timeframe.
