Pues estoy de acuerdo con eso!
Tal vez mi error sea en llamar a especular a comprar un piso para hacer negocio con él/no usarlo como vivienda. No sé si técnicamente eso es especular o no. Pero lo que sí me dice la intuición es que está medio feo. Más que usar tu propio dinero para hacer dinero (ahí tengo mis dudas)!
Bueno, pero parece que la idea naif (que comparto) es que especular con un piso (aka un sitio donde vivir) es especular con algo así como 'un derecho fundamental de las personas blabla', mientras que especular con furgonetas u otros bienes no, no?
a) Compras y alquilas la misma vivienda (especulas con la vivienda).
b) Prestas dinero para que alguien pueda comprarse una vivienda.
El resultado de b) es un mundo mejor que el de a): alguien nuevo termina siendo propietario de una vivienda (asumiendo que no especulará con ella).
No?
