Dr put me on leave from work (actually wanted me to do that back in Feb but) which is good but trying to take the steps to feel like a human again is rough. Realizing how many things I've let totally slip without realizing it bc of all the work stress sigh.
uughh depression sucks. It's not even a usual like, panic over something specific being the end of the world it's just a general... blank everything is equally bad so whatever kind of feeling which I feel is kind of worse because I can't really reason with that? Like yeah fair let's wallow.

if you end up with anything in similar circumstances that you want to save dry cleaners can do a really amazing job with soot stains and smoke smells. I had to call around a bit to find one near me that would clean bags but once I found them everything came out looking brand new
