It is outrageous that Avanti continues to intentionally run down our booking office at Manchester Piccadilly and across their network, by refusing to fill vacancies. This is an attack on accessibility purely motivated by profit.

Just found out that this legend of the Labour movement Mike Harrison is no longer with us. Unfortunately it was a while ago, so never got to attend his funeral. I started on the Railway the same day as Mike in 1980. One of the Piccadilly 4 Union reps sacked at Man Picc. RIP Comrade.✊
