As boy my Pop made this dish a few times & I loved it so much I never forgot it. when he cooked it he boiled the salt meat then added potatoes,onion,greens then salmon. Put it on the plate then & drown it with vinegar. I added carrots& peas puddings cause I’m extra. Delicious!
So my pop would make this when we were kids and I haven’t had it in many many years but I remember it being one of my favourite meals. So basically it’s Jiggs dinner but you also throw the salmon in the pot. Carrot, potato, turnip greens, onion, peas pudding and salt beef 🤤
Watching Jurassic World Rebirth we enjoyed it as we love all these movies it wasn’t the best one but still pretty good
Fine feed at Montana’s I’m glad I didn’t get the all you could eat ribs cause this is an aweful lot of grub and was delicious and can’t beat a $4.99 Caesar even the beer was $4.99 don’t find booze that cheap in restaurants anymore

Got a chill in my bones so hoping I brought some warmth with this Pork Chop dinner with onion mushroom pan gravy, honey chilli carrots, red skin garlic mashed potatoes and garnished with nasturtiums from my garden. I wish you could all taste it 🤤 the gravy ❤️ 😋

Lazy evening on the couch requires good snacks. Chicken fingers, sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo, homemade onion rings, deep fried shrimp and coleslaw. The kitchen is now closed for the rest of the day 😝

Homemade grilled burger 🍔 just used keg spice and garlic powder covered it in mustard then grilled. Love a good char on the outside and super juicy inside
Buffalo Chicken dip while watching the game. Spicy but i loves it. Cup of Ranch Dressing, cup of Franks hot sauce, 3 shredded chicken breasts, 1 block of cream cheese then regular cheese and green onions all mixed up then bake with more cheese on top baked for 20 mins then broil for a couple minutes
