It’s way less judgy over here than the toxic bird app that made me feel like bad person for even having trauma, but I now don’t want to seem like I’m wanting attention for posting about idols I’ve gone so long without talking about, especially bc I don’t even have them on my ult groups in my bio
I’m starting to heal from past traumas but I didn’t expect that to also include some of the earlier traumas I have as a kpop stan. I’m finding myself able to feel joy again towards certain groups/idols who I still loved but had to step back for my own sake or cuz I just felt numb. But I feel bad
