As both a biomedical engineer and former special operations soldier I'm overwhelming alarmed at the idea of using AI and LLMs in a clinical setting. For the record, I routinely review medical imaging data and absolutely defer to human radiologists for confirmation. AI cannot evaluate people.

Last month they tried to quietly redefine disabilities by a medication's effectiveness. Luckily... veterans are used to being targeted and we rallied quickly to shut that down. They are not done trying to rip health care away from us all.
