My friend, Freddie Baer passed away.
In the 80s, I made collage art to abandon at book & music stores.
Before I met Freddie, she was sharing that work with art & political journals. I had no idea she was the reason my unsolicited works got published.

Friend, colleague & video game legend, Rebecca Hineman has passed away. I won’t claim to have known Rebecca that well, but I remember hanging out with her & Allen Anderson in 91/92. It was early in my game career & her creative tech buzz was infectious and impacted my life. Rebecca you are missed.

In the 1980’s I worked as a printer, doing layout, cut n paste, making punk zines & flyers.
Ended up making 3 8.5x11 graphics.

Been using CommodoreOS Linux/Debian for a couple months. So far I miss Adobe Photoshop - didn't realize how much I used it. Both email & internet/web browsing works well. I’ve got Cosmigo Promotion NG installed for pixel pushing. My Wacom One 13T is complaining, but basically works.
That being said, I really liked Pat. I tried to keep in touch after I left and later when he left for Amazon or wherever.
I'm not sure I (or anyone) saw him as an Art Director.

Commodore OS 3
Tired of Windows AI nonsense, I’ve made way (back) to Linux. As a sort of acid test, I’ve reformatted my old MSI i7 laptop (that didn’t support Windows 11) and installed Commodore OS 3, forum.commodoreos.net a Commodore flavored Linux/Debian Distribution.
