I am 81. My mom worked from the time I was 9. My grandma didn’t work for wages but she kept chickens for eggs and meat, a couple of goats for milk and grew lots of fruit and vegetables on their little patch of land in a close in suburb of Boston.
What is scary is that they probably DO! They sit in their strange churches listening to their preachers go on about armageddon and the rapture and believe what they hear.
