Last day for this - and also a reminder of why this has taken so long.
The hardback was published by Unbound, who promptly collapsed, having spent all my earnings from the book on dubious tech schemes. So although a lot of people bought it, I never saw the royalties.
There are industrial amounts of backstory here, but perhaps later. It is, however, my birthday week, so an excellent chance to celebrate by buying the book in advance.

I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.
Why doesn't Trump just say he wants Russia? Russia won't be a threat to America if America owns Russia surely, and it's not like anyone sailed a boat to it, so it's probably free.
