How did you do Christmas as kids? When I was a little un, everything came from Father Christmas, from stockings to main present with nothing from family or friends. It was only when I had my own family that I discovered that this was definitely *not* the way most others do it!

Not to mention the man who told me he had a gun (he was a farmer), he knew where we worked and he was coming to shoot us over a disputed bill. My 50 something boss locked himself in his office, refused to get the police involved and let me and my colleague, both early 20s, deal with it. Fun times.

I have been shouted at, as a receptionist because the customer didn’t like the on hold music that I didn’t even choose, and been accused of “swanning round in a posh car” by a woman who was trying to ring the council and wouldn’t have it that she had rung an admin office in a different town. People.
