We’re so overwhelmed right now, we sometimes forget that we’ve been largely winning in court and in elections so far. It’s not enough, but every little bit helps.

I also reduced the amount of political news videos and have switched to more political humor or just regular humor (watched old Family Guy episodes last night).
This way I’m staying informed but able to keep my sanity.

Yes! Got my meds Tuesday and finally felt halfway decent yesterday. Also had a long talk with one of my sisters Wed. night and that helped a lot too.
Now I’m just trying to live in the moment, because whenever I try to think about or plan for the future right now, my anxiety & depression skyrocket.

Managed to force myself to take a break from the news today and get some writing done.
About 2/3 done with the current chapter and I sketched out the next chapter as well.
Not looking forward to see what’s been happening while I was unplugged.

Luna’s done that to me before too. The first time she found the drawer, I freaked out for twenty minutes before I decided to check there and found her. Now at least I know where to look!

Luna is a rescue from the streets, so she’s a bit skittish. She always hides in one of the drawers under our bed whenever she gets scared. Yesterday I was talking to a delivery guy for 30 seconds and she hid there for two hours. 🙄🥰

My grandparents are French (both of their mothers were born in France) and had an open marriage.
We actually just found an old Joy of Sex book with newspaper clippings about the San Fernando Valley group sex scene back in the day.
