This is how I live my amazing life @70 years young I have no time for stupidity and ignorance.
No Kings protest in North Charleston SC lines on both sides of the road for miles.
I love the outdoors and gym.
Made it back home just in time because the sky opened up!
My dinner this will be my summer routine and lots of water!
Took advantage of our weather this morning walked to the gym knocked out some light weights and stretched then walked it back home. I love working on me at 69 yrs and counting.
Global running day and I had awesome walking weather!
Nice run to and from the gym this this is the best therapy thankful at 69 yrs young and still moving.
