If I showed you my early work, you would see I had no gifted talent. Hard work and persistence have been my vehicles.
2/Learning how to compose, use light, talk to models, collaborate, get the technical bits right (shutter, aperture and iso) and then editing takes practice. Looking at the work of others and watching youtube videos will only get you so far. So practice needs a muse - find one, from anywhere.
If there is anyone out there, looking at my photos and wishing they could do the same, I say, you can. This picture was taken with kit, bought used, worth less than $500. One factor is to find a muse, a model that will allow you to experiment, try new things, retry old things. Cont'd in comments
