The reason I made it a expansion sequence is that someone on Discord suggested I could do that with the failed attempts.

Glad you like it. Major problem really is trying to make them look squished but also not too unnatural and plastic. Sadly i didnt find any tutorials on it either, without resorting to cloth/soft body sim.
Half tempted ask AI how to do it and see what kind of nonsense it pukes out
Well after that conversation i had with @shygts.bsky.social I decided against my better judgment to see if I can achieve "skin indentation" (cloth to small for body) with breast.
Results... well kinda works.
Left is without, the 2nd was the best result, and the other 2 are called "SCREW IT"
