This is what our Gonzo has done. Driving the price of gas higher. The little dots, are tankers bottled up by his effort to create regime change from the air. Now, he wants to create a missile dome over the strait. Good luck with that, Gonzo. If only there were energy sources other than fossil fuel.
This verdict is warranted and long overdue. But the real culprits get away with making the ammo and weapons so easily obtained. All we need to do is make the bullet liable for money damages for the harm it causes. No right to bear bullets designed to kill humans.
