dear game designers/publishers. Have you seriously considered a soundtrack for your games? I think we'll be doing this for everything going forward. Not only is it cool to help players create an atmosphere for games, it also helps a little, to bring more artists into the community. Music! It's cool!

Taking the game from two players to three seems to pay off big time. Much more diverse interactions, and overall it made it fun. Have to see if we can bring it to even more player counts. Probably four will be the sweet spot. #boardgame #gamedesign

The internet isnβt real and it could be gone so fast. I am a strong advocate for printing things that you love. Get the edges of the pages curly with flipping. Let them be coffee-stained. Donβt worry about text ghosting through cheap paper. Live a little in the real world.

I had a lot of fun finding art from old books in the British Library archive. Unnecessary, but for me sometimes doing full βart directionβ on a prototype is a fun project, and instructive for the design.
