Unlike X, since joining #bluesky, I find that the open source allows me more control over data and my feed curation. That's why I'm switching!

There's so much crap, polarising politics drowning out everything else, the owner getting involved in petty trolling, the algorithm promoting rage-bait, annoying bots, ads for fake stuff with warnings underneath saying it’s fake.

I'm leaving X. #ElonMusk and #DonaldTrump are using it to manipulate politics globally and suppress information.

This will mean higher gas prices, higher alcohol prices, higher food prices, higher building prices, higher car prices, higher pharmaceutical prices, etc. Trump is about to teach Americans who *actually* pays for tariffs (the consumers do).
