Nando’s has decided to launch a comedy competition. I worked for its head office (or central support as it’s known), which was one of the most toxic places I have ever worked with a high staff turnover. Im entering.

Growing up watching the Bond films, I assumed everyone wanted to be like the womanizing, jet-setting spy. Judging by people's behavior online, I guess everyone else wanted to be like the billionaire maniacs—obsessed with getting richer and taking over the world with their own fascist cults.

Perhaps it wasn’t a good idea to say my favourite movie line is ‘Life is pain…Anyone who says differently is selling something.’ In this mornings ‘get to know each other’ work event.

I swear comedy makes your brain move in mysterious ways.

Watching a TV quiz show as a kid:
£10,000 pound is nothing, these guys are losers, why didn’t they try to get more? They have to split it 4 ways now.

Now:
Those idiots! They should have taken the low offer, £6000 split four ways is amazing. Ah imagine what I could do with that. Fix the back door?

Oh no, I got that unshakeable feeling this morning, the one that is a blessing and a curse. As this morning I said out loud:
‘Maybe, I’ll start my own comedy night’
No…let the day dreams end.

Haven’t seen any jokes about Gary Lineker resigning to become the new Archbishop of Canterbury, which tbh is a total failure really. Clearly you guys need the game to go goalless in Ecclesiastical time only to then go on to lose 4-1 on Penances.
