This is one of the pieces of toxic office culture I think should be punishable by incarceration. Either commit to the whole fucking donut or pass. This is literally done so that person can justify not putting the box in the trash that is 2 ft away.
Put them in jail for a week!

Unfortunately there isn’t much representation of occult practices that I have been able to find that document things from a pre-colonizer/ pre-diaspora era. Are there other WOC’s that experience this or even better have found some good resources?

As a WOC I find it difficult to find a traditional path to draw from that resonates with me. No shade to the witches that practice all the more popular euro-centric traditions and holidays, but my heritage comes from a different place and environment.

I chose to work on putting energy into awakening the people. After thinking on it and getting past the shock and anger of November 2025, I realized until we have a shift in consciousness the balance of the universe will maintain the status quo. Hexing a few people in power is vengeance, not change.

Northwest Tribal Totem Poles in the early morning fog. The Fog: Stillness, Calm, Mystery Sometimes we need to be still and see less for wisdom and myteries to be revealed. When have calm and we let go of how our physical body senses the world we open up space for the spirit to sense and receive the information from our world that is behind the mundane and material.

I forget the name of this Jellyfish but it was striking against the blue lit aquarium tank. Jelly fish are probably the closest thing I have to a phobia. It's about having the confidence to walk in your true colors, how that will make you stand out amongst those who prefer to blend in and how it can strike fear in the same. This can make you seem unapproachable even in your beautiful true self. While you have the means to direct your movement sometimes it's beneficial to go with the flow.

Specifically the ones we seem to never quite learn as a culture. It makes me wonder whether history seems to repeat itself because we don't learn these lessons. Or, is it because these lessons need to be learned through experience from time to time so future generations can make larger strides in learning. Stories can teach us but your first burn teaches you quickly what happens when you put your hand in the fire. Scars make it personal. Some have to learn things first hand because it is in our nature to forget and to think we already know it all. So we learn and learn again until we get the lesson right. It is a reminder to hold on to the past as a guide for when our path eventually comes back around to those familiar pitfalls that trapped us long ago.

I really have a new found appreciation and understanding of just how much energy is in flow when I'm practicing. I just had my first bout with COVID a few weeks ago and now almost a month later I am just beginning to feel the energies I work with around me again. Connecting with some memories helps.

I made elevated donuts yesterday. They definitely had me one foot on another plane most of today. 😁

But yes, baking is a special kind of alchemy.

Can you expand on that? Just curious about how you came to that for bong water. I had some different initial thoughts on it but I didn’t post those because I wanted to get other people’s uninfluenced thoughts on it.
