The only thing I said on my team meeting this afternoon was that "The Final Countdown" was by Europe, not Asia like the rest of the group said.
29 years ago today, we never found out what Bart said to Mabel, he said. βEl Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Jomerβ first aired January 5, 1997.
Today we had to say goodbye to Jhoira at the ripe age of 11.5. We rescued her out of a cage in a garage 8.5 years ago and she never stopped being sassy at any point while she gained control of our house. I'll miss her so much.
I never posted the latest podcast the husband and I did... mostly because I went into labor that night with baby number two, so here's our annual spooky #videogame podcast in mid-November! We played #DeadTake, which has a lot of big names in it!

Whitefish Township historical marker in Chippewa County, Michigan, in the stateβs Upper Peninsula. It reads: In 1849 the Whitefish Point lighthouse was put into service. Soon after the township was organized in 1888, lumber towns such as Emerson and Shelldrake emerged at the mouth of the Tahquamenon and Shelldrake rivers. Paradise was established in 1925. In the 1920s lumbering declined and fires burned the cutover land, creating rich soil for blueberries. Cranberry and blueberry cultivation, as well as commercial fishing on Whitefish Bay sustained area's economy. Erected 1990 by Bureau of History, Michigan Department of State.
One more skeet for Edmund Fitzgerald Day. Behind this historical marker is the famed Whitefish Bay. Today the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum in Paradise, Mich., rang the recovered bell 31 times, 29 for the victims of the wreck, once for all Great Lakes shipwreck victims, and once for Gordon Lightfoot.
My brothers are going to the U of M game tonight and I already texted them this photo.
Two video game podcasts in two weeks? The husband and I have played the heck out of @supergiantgames.bsky.social Hades II and it is everything you want it to be.

The horrors always persist, but the husband and I finally managed to sit down and talk about playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and all of its wonderful glory. It's seriously one of the best games we've played and our contender for GOTY.

That is still one of the best comics I ever drew.
A cartoon showing Tomas Holmstrom throwing towels at people. Based on true events.
Holmstrom sighting means itβs time for the classic @franzenmuth.bsky.social drawing
Do I bust out a Faygo for the second period? Will that help anything in this game?
Larkin is a big important boy
LARKIN SCOOOOOOOOORES
Where's Holmstrom in front of the net when you need him
Yeah, pretty much that, Kronwall.
She gets props for going French in the middle, but the face I made when she started singing...
Hello, I am here for Red Wings hockey and coming out of hiding, but I may also get distracted by Hades II at some point
The cheat from homestar runner next to a light switch with a rave stick near the no loafing sign. Having a rave about the system being down

The husband and I finally sat down to record our video game podcast for Donkey Kong Bananza. It was a very fun game. Also yes we mention Game Informer a lot. Give us a listen!

I feel like part of the problem is that in the modern era, especially in the United States, people think that in order to count, they have to post about their activism or what they're doing.
But here's the thing: you don't.
99% of what I do is stuff I never mention on social media.
I meanβ¦I didnβt NEED an excuse to watch Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kidβ¦
If you needed an update, baby gets hiccups like four times a day. And I also usually wake up around 3am and baby has them then, too.
Season 7 / Episode 19
"Ever hear of Planet of the Apes?"
"Uh... the movie or the planet?"
tvos app text: Are you sure you want to exit HISTORY? Ok Cancel
yes i am sure
Okay but a baby in utero getting hiccups is so weird. And annoying. Itβs been going on for like 15 solid minutes, and I canβt poke baby to make it stop!!!
Why are recruiters from LinkedIn leaving me voicemails ON MY WORK PHONE?!?! Are you people that hard up?!?
The amount of tomatoes Iβm getting from six romas and two cherry tomato plants is insane. I canned all this today. Not pictured: three additional bags of tomatoes I froze for making pasta sauce later.
