Seriously!!!! I was not in a good mental place since the election, I'll be real with you, it was getting pretty dire. Deleting the app that pushed hate and racism in my face daily was so helpful

Its just not a good app anymore. Its filled to the brim with creepy ads, the main page is overcluttered with icons for things you don't need, the algo is shit, and then they wanted money from users for it???? Be SO real el0n

I understand its hard to break the habit but at least try. I deleted the app the day after musk threw up that salute and intended to slowly wean off of it. But as soon as that app was gone from my phone I just immediately stopped going cold turkey out of convenience.
