Just some of the 80 plus copies of 1970s MAN MYTH & MAGIC that I am in possession of currently.
1968 first edition of The Art and Practice of the Occult. Stunning edition. Could be yours - www.ebay.co.uk/itm/38812836...
In an unexpected and quite bonkers turn of events I am in New Scientist wearing a hooden horse (one on the right)
Blanket really sets it off. Deep Zimmer interior decorating.
Decided to decorate this quite bonkers exposed beam we have in our gaff with some more bizarre horse brasses we have collected
Last one for today - speaks for itself. Have a lovely evening everyone x
Love this record. Has a real depth to it accentuated by Hazelwood's voice. Proper cutting in places. Sundown, Sundown & Some Velvet Morning... Potent shit mate
Giving Sunday what can only be described as 'some welly'
Following up with I Trawl the Megahertz. Truly an artist in their prime on this - unbelievable feat of soaring music.
Sunday listens
Three of the main characters from La Haine
'La Haine is an exploration of the tensions between French culture and that of its immigrant population. Itβs also a film about boredom, and what happens to fill it under a climate of racism and police brutality'

Radie Peat & Daragh Lynch from Lankum covering Shirley Collins. Quite simply on another plane - youtu.be/XHF4kcMod8w?...
Book of the day π€
Keeping this going. Coil performing 'Going Up' in Dublin 2004. Something deeply affecting (and chilling) about John Balance gazing up at the sky. John passed soon after this youtu.be/wO9ZLxwUrgs?...
...clearly meant live thete
This video of Ulver playing 'Not Saved' life at The Norwegian National Opera is a fucking astonishing piece of music. You need to lock in for the full 10 minutes - youtu.be/-ApZyqCNgJo?...
In other news I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to cut through on Instagram anymore with the stuff I have for sale. It's got way worse in the last week or two. Very close to giving up on it altogether
Sometimes my favourite part of these books are the additions that previous keepers have added to them, much like the purple stamp on the first page.
I'll have the usual offerings alongside some rarer books, editions that haven't been put online, virtually every back edition of the legendary Kenneth Grant edited 'Man, Myth and Magic', and a handful of shirts.
A real pleasure to be asked along to THE HAND OF SATAN IN THE SEA OF DARKNESS on Sunday 20th April in London. A weekend of deeply involved music and experimental sound with some artists I like a lot.
I will be doing my first ever in person pop-up in the day between 2pm and 6pm.
Unearthed from the hands of a very dusty mage - SECRETS OF THE OCCULT by C.A Burland. A 1972 compendium absolutely rammed with killer full colour photographs, illustrations and reference material.
I love this kind of book. One of those things you find as a kid and alters your brain chemistry.
I've been unearthing loads of stuff to pass on recently but just quite simply keeping the majority of it for myself... Turns out that's a terrible business model!
Whole batch of bits being listed this Saturday. Took a LOT of willpower not to keep Ritual Magic and The King of the Shadow Realm Jesus wept.
Darran Anderson on typical great form here with a long read on Coil's original course settings.

Turbo shagger manifesto
"This song was triggered by meeting someone who had started hanging around our rehearsal rooms in Kingβs Cross. She was very Felliniesque and looked as if she had stepped out of 8 Β½. She was an extremely eccentric character - she pulled a knife on another girl who was there. I was fascinated by her"
Currently reading. Painstakingly evidenced account of how intensely messy all of this lot were - documents, letters and other communications are all there. Genuinely hilarious in a lot of places. Blythe Road chapter is ππ
Another exciting pick up - long out of print. I'll be selling this one at some point so keep checking in!
