I fantasize about getting into a mild single car accident that’s just bad enough that I need to take like 3 weeks off work

Reading about SI in depression vs. the desire to not exist in burnout especially and I’m like yes this is exactly what I’ve been saying to my doctor for over a year now. And I am too good at masking so when I’m like hey I think I have the autism people are like SURELY NOT but I’m a duck in a pond -
I have another med follow up this Friday and it’s like over a year now of the ssris and I just don’t really feel any different in terms of what I had assumed was depression but am now starting to suspect, because of therapy, is autistic burnout but idk how seriously my doctor will take that w/o a dx
