Rejection letter for Bodies of Work ARC. I’ll be patient and wait for the release date.

New to NetGalley. So psyched to get to read & review I Know A Place by @natcassidy.bsky.social , and Wolf Worm by T. Kingfisher.

Wasn’t approved for a 3rd request though. Perhaps I’m not popular enough. Yet. I’m a late bloomer, there’s still time. Right? (High School 30+ years all over again 🤓)

Got through 4/8 episodes. I’m still on the fence.

Claire Danes is a great actor, but her character’s anxiety and awkwardness is making me want to claw my skin off.

Matthew Rhys has a knack for playing the untrustworthy guy. But this is nowhere near as good as The Americans.

Watching The Beast In Me
Why is everyone always answering their phones in tense situations? It’d be way more realistic if we just had a close up of the actors faces watching their calls get dumped to voicemail.
