It's women as property. It's Mar-A-Lago face. It's men entering girl's locker rooms because it's Miss Teen USA and they own it. It's hanging yourself in your cell. It's a feeling of misery and hopeless nihilism that pervades everyone, regardless of gender or position in the hierarchy. It's misery.
It's the post-war order seen as weakness, it's NATO and trade imbalances seen as "humiliating" to the US. "They're not laughing anymore!" It's John Ross getting triggered by "get some lunch, big boy," shooting a mom in the face, and then muttering, "you bitch."

Toxic masculinity is the problem. It's a system that whispers, "you're not worthy if you're not dominant." It views humility, cooperation, & creativity w/ distrust & disgust. It says conflict is zero-sum, life's a muddy knife fight, apology is humiliation, and to win is to make the other small.
