TLDR I haven’t worn this for extended periods of time, and still working though a couple of issues. I really like the design though, will post updates / feedback when I get the opportunity to wear it for a bit longer.
I really want to try sleeping in it to see if I get hotspots and can sleep.

During the day it’s very comfy, and feels like a jock strap, sleeping in it might be a bit more of a challenge, I normally sleep on my side an with leg positioning one of the sides gets tighter than the other, also trying to work though another issue when lying down with my dick staying put.
