It’s no surprise that also today a truly huge grassroots effort is delivering THOUSANDS of petitions for SB1 to be put to a public vote. From what I’m hearing, it’s been unpopular across parties and all over the state — but has been news to everyone not working in HE.
Watch this space…
List of SB1 requirements, per OSU. Ohio universities are prohibited from having protected class be considered in admissions, have scholarships based on them or have any training or staff dedicated to DEI.
